Who we are
Westeros Command is the unofficial fan site of the BLACKFYRE alliance in Game of Thrones: Dragonfire. The controller of your personal data is the BLACKFYRE alliance, run by its leaders.
Contact: for a question or a data request, send a message to a leader (T3 or higher) on the BLACKFYRE Discord server.
The data we keep
- From the Discord log in: your Discord user id, username, display name and the address of your avatar. Discord also gives your e-mail address to our login provider, Supabase Auth, which stores it with your account. The site does not show or use it.
- Your in-game name, taken from your Discord nickname on our server.
- Your Discord roles, turned into site roles (planner, map editor, guest), and your FYRE membership.
- Your server number.
- Your replies to battle plans (Going, Maybe, Not going), with your name and avatar.
- The confirmations of your attendance by a leader.
- The battle plans that you make, and your changes to the conquest map (we keep who made each change).
Verification requests (in-game name, alliance tag and Stronghold screenshot) are handled on Discord, in a channel that only leaders can see. The site does not store them.
Who can see it
- Public: past battle plans (6 hours after the operation time), with the names and avatars of the members who replied, and the Reports leaderboard.
- Upcoming plans and their replies: only the members of the alliances involved, and Faction Guests for the plans posted to Discord. By default, anyone with the link of an upcoming plan can read its orders, but not the replies; a planner can limit a plan to the alliances involved.
Why we keep it
To organise the alliance: battle plans, attendance and the conquest map. The legal basis under the GDPR is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). You choose to log in.
Processors
- Supabase: database and login, EU region (Ireland).
- Railway: hosting, EU region (Netherlands).
- Cloudflare: DNS only.
- Discord: log in and the alliance bot.
How long we keep it
While your account exists. Your replies and attendance stay as the history of the alliance, unless you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, a correction, a deletion, or object to how we use it: send a message to a leader as written above. You can also make a complaint to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
