Summary
"Rank" means commander talent rank, 1 to 20. Commander values are at rank 20.
- Map
Ruins are protected for 2 minutes after a capture, not 60 minutes. An enemy can take a captured ruin back after 2 minutes. Seats of Power, capitals and King's Landing did not change.
- Combat
Advantage, Resistance, Weakened and Vulnerable now stack. Each stack is 5%. A target can hold max 10 stacks of each, so max 50%. Before, a target could hold max 3 copies of each. 19 dragons changed. For 17 of them, one proc gives the same value as before. Commander talents that give 4 or more stacks were held at 3 before. Now they give the full count.
- Nerf
Antares, Relentless Pursuit: Vulnerable goes from +20% to +10%. The old text said +10%, but our battle reports of 04.10 show +20%.
- Nerf
Rhysarion, Inspiring Melody: Resistance lasts 2 rounds, not 3.
- Rebalance
All five commanders changed. "2x" in the talent text is now a true 2x. Large nerfs: Alicent (The Seven's Grace) and Daemon (The Rogue Prince, No Quarter). Large buffs: Daemon (Cloaked in Gold), the Corlys bonuses, and the trait stack counts of The Sea Snake, Steel Beneath Silk and Swift Counsel.
- Repair
Trait synergy now works as written. Before, many commander bonuses applied with no trait check. Now they need the trait that the text names. Three talents had the wrong effects behind their text. These are now correct.
- New data
Commander talent upgrade costs are now in the game data.
- New text
Change your world and faction with a friend's 6-digit code. A new campaign is coming, with resets. Extra Commander Shards convert into upgrade materials.
- Encounters
"Savage" dragons (not the "Wild" dragons) become large group encounters: 50 defender armies, a durability of 20, and a Stamina cost. Not yet confirmed in the game.
- New data
New defender armies for all points of interest, with real dragons (levels 2 to 50, up to 10 stars). They are not in use yet.
These notes compare the main-world data (campaign Bravo) before and after the update. The other campaign data set (Alpha) has the same changes.
Ruins, hunts and defenders Changed
Protection after a capture
After you capture a point of interest, it is protected for a time. Nobody can attack it in that time.
| Point of interest | Before | Now |
| Ruins (level 1, all regions) | 60 min | 2 min |
| Seats of Power | 4 h | 4 h |
| Capitals | 6 h | 6 h |
| King's Landing | 8 h | 8 h |
For ruin holders
Ruins are player-owned. Two minutes after you capture a ruin, an enemy can attack it again.
"Savage" dragon encounters
These are the Savage Warrior, Savage Champion, Savage Hunter and Savage Sentinel. The "Wild" dragons (Wild Warrior, Wild Champion and so on) did not change: a hunt still costs 10 Resolve.
| Value | Before | Now |
| Defender armies | 1 | 50 |
| Durability (siege health) | none | 20 |
| Cost of a hunt | 10 Resolve | 10 Stamina |
| Encounter size | Group | Group |
| Lifetime on the map | 24 h | 24 h |
- A Savage dragon now looks like a small point of interest: many defenders, then a durability to break.
- The server can use other values. This is not yet confirmed in the game.
- The Sentinel and Hunter Savage dragons showed the Champion icon. Now each has its own icon.
New defender armies
- 144 new defender armies for castles, crossings, Seats of Power, towns, dragon sanctums and ruins.
- They use 1,510 defender dragons: 38 real dragons, also the unreleased Dreadfire and Sylveren. Levels 2 to 50, up to 10 stars.
- The game data does not use them yet. The server can assign them, or they are for the next campaign.
Other
- 11 new daily tasks (city upgrade, dragon feed, dragon level, encounters, hatchery, PvP, skirmish, stamina, tile occupy, troops defeated, troops trained) and a master daily task.
Hidden values
The game does not show these values. They did not change in this update.
| Value | Data |
| Stamina cap | 100 |
| Stamina regeneration | 1 every 4.5 min = 13.3 per hour (the game text says 10 per hour) |
| Starting Stamina of a new dragon | 250 |
| Tile attack, garrison, move, skirmish | 10 Stamina |
| Resolve encounters (Wild dragons, Hedge Knights, Coyotes, event soldiers, White Stag) | 10 Resolve |
| Resolve shop | 4 purchase slots are defined, the shop shows 3. Prices are set by the server. |
Stacking buffs and debuffs Changed
- Advantage (Damage Dealt up), Resistance (Damage Received down), Weakened (Damage Dealt down) and Vulnerable (Damage Received up) are now stacks of 5%.
- A target can hold max 10 stacks of each effect (50%). Before, a target could hold max 3 copies. Three dragon effects of +20% gave +60%.
- An ability text now says, for example, "4 stacks of Advantage". 4 stacks = +20%.
- A small effect now uses less of the cap. Before, a +10% effect used 1 of 3 places. Now it uses 2 of 10 stacks.
- The commander talents were already written in 5% stacks, but the old cap held them at max 3 stacks (15%). Now they give their full count.
Not yet confirmed in a battle report
The data also suggests that a second proc from the same dragon now adds more stacks. Before, a second proc only replaced the first. A battle report after this patch can confirm this.

Commander repairs Repair
In the first 26.9 data, the talent text and the data did not agree. This update makes them agree.
- Trait checks on the bonus parts now work. Before, these bonuses applied to 3 allies with no trait check: Swift Counsel and Heir's Reckoning (Nimble or Stalwart), Cloaked in Gold (Volatile), No Quarter (Ruthless), Steel Beneath Silk (Cunning), The Seven's Grace (Willful). Now you must have the trait.
- The Sea Snake and Blockade checked the wrong combinations of Cunning and Relentless. Now The Sea Snake checks only Relentless, and Blockade checks only Cunning.
- The Sea Snake and Steel Beneath Silk had 4 stacks in the data where the text says 3. Now the data agrees with the text.
- The Kingmaker bonus was a damage reduction. Now it is the stat increase that the text describes.
- The two Corlys bonuses were swapped. The Sea Snake bonus reduced Recovery Received, and the Driftmark's Snare bonus reduced Tactical Damage Dealt. Now each does what its text says.
- Vanguard's Challenge used an Initiative buff, a Damage Dealt debuff and a Recovery buff in the wrong places. Now each part does what its text says.
For army plans
The trait now decides whether a commander bonus works. An army with no dragon of the favoured trait loses the bonus.
Talent upgrade costs New data
Before, the cost tables were placeholders (1, 2, 3 … 20). Now they have real values. The data puts cost 1 next to Commander Honors and cost 2 next to Onyx Honors. Cost 3 has no currency next to it.
| Step | Honors | Onyx Honors | Cost 3 |
| 1 | 0 | 0 | 1,000 |
| 2 | 10 | 0 | 1,250 |
| 3 | 600 | 0 | 1,500 |

Not confirmed: whether step 1 is the unlock (rank 1) or the step from rank 1 to rank 2, and the currency of cost 3.
New in the game text New
World and campaign
- Join Friend: enter a friend's 6-digit code to join their world and faction.
- You can change world and faction once per campaign. A change resets Dragon Level, Tiles, Stronghold Upgrades, Basic Resources and Troops. You keep Dragons, Gold, Hatchery Keys and Habit Currencies.
- "Coming Soon: New Campaign": new factions and starting regions. House level, tiles, city upgrades and basic resources reset. Dragons, stars, growth and habits stay. Only dragon level resets.
Commanders
- Extra Commander Shards for a commander that you already have convert into Commander Upgrade materials.
- New players get a commander intro: a weirwood "answers" and gives Princess Rhaenyra.
- A new PvE commander name for tile defenders: Defender Leader. No table uses it yet.
Events and story
- Event spawns are now Turncloaks, not Turncoats. Craven Turncloaks carry Onyx Honors.
- New Witch's Curse holiday text: "Harren's Fallen march the riverlands once more".
- Dragon Strike levels: the stolen-egg story is gone. New boss names: Raiders' War Camp, Ringwall Bulwark.
Errors in the game data Game bug
Repaired in this update
- Commander talents: "2x" in the text, 1.5x in the data. Now a true 2x.
- Criston Cole, Vanguard's Challenge: values missing. Now complete.
- Alicent Hightower, The Seven's Grace: Immunity chance and duration missing. Now 100% for 2 rounds.
Still open
- Smoketail, Champion's Scourge: the habit points to an empty ability, so the text cannot get the target type.
- "Enhanced by" stat: in four habits the text names a different stat than the data uses (Tashix Battle Guile, Seasmoke Clever Maneuver and Cunning Ferocity, Malachite Lightning Strike).
New
- Alicent Hightower, Steel Beneath Silk: the text says each Advantage stack increases Damage Dealt by "−5%". This is a typo. The data value is +5%.
Campaign data sets Info
The game loads one data set for each campaign. Our world uses the campaign "Bravo". Some newer worlds use the campaign "Alpha, October 2026". The update made the same changes in both. These are the differences between the two campaigns. They are not changes of the update.
| Bravo (our world) | Alpha, October 2026 |
| Length | 7 weeks | 8 weeks |
| Max players | 3,500 | 7,500 |
| Map goals | With Winterfell | With Pyke |
| PvP | Normal | Delayed PvP map |
The "Coming Soon: New Campaign" notice can refer to the Alpha campaign type. This is not confirmed.
